Breaking: Abu Musab Zarqawi Killed

The story broke just moments ago, and so the details are not complete, but it appears that the leader of Al-Qaida in Iraq was killed in Baghdad during a U.S. air attack on a house.

It remains to be seen what this will mean to the continuing insurgency in Iraq. While it has been reported that Zarqawi has been captured or killed several times in the past, it is being reported this morning that there is a "100 percent" confirmation.

We can only hope that this will perhaps bring a slowdown to the violence in Iraq. What remains to be seen is how dependent the insurgency was on Zarqawi, and if they will crumble without his leadership.

Again, we can only hope.

And now, we bring you these commerical messages...
