Is this for real? I'm sure that this is a doctored video, but I couldn't stop laughing at it... maybe because it took Bush to the level at which I believe his mind really exists. Enjoy!

    I think it's just slowed down, with the pitch of his voice raised back to normal so his voice wouldn't sound distorted. But damn if that isn't funny.
