Brownie Yaps and FEMA Raps!
Well, Michael Brown (aka "Brownie") just completed his testimony before the U.S. Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs - if you missed it, you can catch the archived footage here. Essentially, Brownie feels like he's been hung out to dry, and so he's taking his gloves off and pulling his own little Jack Abramoff-esque "I'm going to tell on you to save my own ass" event. See, it really wasn't Brownie's fault, after all. It was everyone else's fault.
Meanwhile, back at the FEMA Ranch, they've been working REALLY hard to give FEMA a better image - especially with the young, hip, urban crowd. Please know that where I am about to link you IS NOT A JOKE SITE - this is ACTUAL FEMA DOLLARS AT WORK.

UPDATE: AAUUGGHH!!! Upon further investigation, I found not only that awful Rap, but they still have information, for CHILDREN, about Y2K on their site. Whaaaa....???????
